About Vickie
Growing up in the South, I was raised with the values of Southern hospitality; treating people with kindness, respect, and the belief that you should care for others the same way you would want to be cared for. Those values have stayed with me throughout my life and continue to guide how I approach my work and the people I serve.
I have always been someone who works hard and follows my sense of integrity and right and wrong. Over the years I have worn many hats and explored many different paths. I worked as a dog groomer, where I loved caring for animals and using my hands in a creative way. Later, I started and owned my own yarn store, which allowed me to embrace my artistic side while also learning what it truly means to run a business. Owning that store taught me an important lesson: success isn’t just about opening your doors and making a sale—it’s about taking care of the people who trust you.
Creativity has always been a natural part of who I am. Whether it was working with yarn and fiber arts or finding ways to express creativity in other parts of my life, I’ve always been drawn to work that allows me to create something meaningful.
In 2016, I discovered permanent makeup and immediately felt drawn to it. What spoke to me was the unique combination of artistry and the ability to help people feel better about themselves. Permanent makeup is more than a cosmetic service; it’s an opportunity to help someone feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.
Family brought me to Valdosta, and it has become the place where I am building the next chapter of my journey. Here, I hope to combine my artistic abilities with the values I was raised with: honesty, care, and genuine respect for every client who sits in my chair.
My goal is simple; to create beautiful work while making every person who walks through my door feel comfortable, valued, and confident when they leave.
